You are charged per kilo carcase weight for your lamb to ensure you get exactly what you pay for. The target carcase weight for each lamb is 24kg (+/- 3kg) which is confirmed by the local certified processor. Our price is $16/kg carcase weight which works out to $384 for a whole prime lamb at target weight.
